To reach the National Schools Press Conference is the ultimate goal and dream of thousands of elementary and high school campus journalism students all over the Philippines. So when I reached the highest level and ranked 4th place among 54 national qualifiers last 2009 of February, I told myself "Charles, finally, you made it!". It has been my dream to reach the national level. For me, winning is not really important but the chance and opportunity to travel from different places of the Philippines for free is the greatest thing of all. I've been to obstacles before I secured a spot in the nationals. Back to the present, I couldn't be happier to share my winning editorial cartoons to the next set of campus editorial cartoonists. May these help you in developing your editorial cartoons. 4th Place | NSPC 2009 | Naga CIty, Camarines Sur 2nd Place | RSPC 2008 | Camiguin Island 6th Place | RSPC 2009 | Clarin, Misamis Occidental TALK. If you would like me to conduct a training or talk about Campus Journalism (Editorial Cartooning), please do let me know. You can message me to this blog or email me at [email protected]. I can't wait to share my experience and knowledge to the next NSPC winners.
